毒品.正在悄悄蔓延自1994年至1998年9月份,北京市检察机关共受理涉毒犯罪案件1249件1955人,审查批捕1198件1865人。其中1994年批捕62件101人;1995年批捕107件184人;1996年批捕293件460人;1997年批捕438件665人;1998年1—9月份批捕298件455人。从上列年审查批捕数看,涉毒犯罪呈逐年上升趋势。即使在1997年全国范围内展开禁毒专项斗争以后,1998年1—9月份的审查批捕数也与上年同期基本持平,个别城区审查批捕的案件数和人数甚至比去年同期分别增长了208％和227％。随着毒品的渗透,犯罪成员也更为复杂。从年龄看,多
