自我国1995年启动了安居工程后,进一步加快了我国保障性住房的建设步伐,并在我国逐步形成了以廉租房、公租房、经济适用房为主的形式多元化、层次清晰的保障性住房供应体系,有效解决了我国城市中低收入群体的住房问题,大大地提升了他们的住房水平。公租房作为主要的形式逐渐引起了人们的关注。本文将就公租房准入和退出管理中存在的问题进行分析,并努力探寻解决这些问题的有效对策,以期为我国公租房制度的完善提供有价值的参考。
Since China launched its housing project in 1995, China has further accelerated the pace of construction of affordable housing and has gradually formed a form of multi-level and clear-cut safeguarding of low-rent housing, public rental housing and affordable housing in our country. Housing supply system, effectively solve the housing problems of low-income groups in urban China, greatly improving their housing standards. Public rental housing as the main form of gradually attracted the attention of people. This article will analyze the existing problems in the entry and exit of public rental housing and try to find effective solutions to these problems so as to provide valuable reference for the improvement of the public rental housing system in our country.
