2002年疾控中心成立以来,每年开展优质服务活动,以此促进服务质量的改善、服务能力的提升,现就近年来的主题活动实践,谈几点感受。1存在问题1.1认为主题服务活动与繁忙的业务工作无关大部分人认为,主题活动是政工干部的事情,与业务人员的技术工作无关,认为业务人员工作繁忙,完成省、市、局各级目标任务都应接不暇,没有精力开展主题活动,会影响到业务工作的进展。
