借助岗位胜任力评价体系理论,结合列车长岗位职责及岗位胜任力需求分析,构建了列车长岗位胜任力评价体系,应用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,设计列车长胜任能力调查表,以便对列车长岗位胜任能力进行测评,为铁路运输企业完善人力资源管理系统提供借鉴。
Based on the theory of post competency evaluation system and the analysis of job responsibilities and job competency requirements of train captains, a system to evaluate the competency of train captains is constructed, and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. Evaluate the competence of the train chief and provide references for railway transport enterprises to improve human resources management system.
