目的:探讨大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间肾上腺髓质5-羟色胺(5-HT)免疫反应细胞的变化。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP 法)显示5-HT 阳性细胞并用病理图像分析系统软件做面密度分析。结果:溃疡组5-HT 阳性细胞面密度于术后4d 增高(P<0.01),6d达高峰,与正常组相比差别显著(P<0.01);溃疡组5-HT 阳性细胞面密度于术后6d 高于盐水组(P<0.01)。结论:肾上腺髓质5-HT 阳性细胞可能间接或直接参与大鼠实验性胃溃疡修复的调节。
Objective: To investigate the changes of 5-HT (5-HT) immunoreactive cells in adrenal medulla during the healing of experimental gastric ulcer in rats. Methods: The 5-HT positive cells were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) and analyzed by surface image analysis software. Results: The surface density of 5-HT positive cells in ulcer group increased at 4 days after operation (P <0.01), reached the peak on 6th day, which was significantly different from that in normal group (P <0.01) 6 d later than saline group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: 5-HT positive cells in the adrenal medulla may be indirectly or directly involved in the regulation of experimental gastric ulcer repair in rats.
