在寒地水稻品种改良和稻作生产上,应重视N素营养的调控作用.稻米品质指标中受N素营养影响最大的是蛋白质含量,其次是胶稠度.随着N素营养的增加,胶稠度逐渐变短,蛋白质含量和碱消值逐渐提高,直链淀粉含量逐渐下降.稻米理化性质的平均变异幅度,胶稠度61.4~69.4 mm,直链淀粉含量16.6%~17.5%,蛋白质含量5.8%~7.6%,碱消值6.4~6.7级.
