医德医风考评作为医院管理中的一个重要组成部分,各级各类医院都非常重视。绍兴市上虞人民医院在实践中探索医德医风考评工作,实行院科二级考核,不断完善职工医德档案,加强职工医德修养的自觉性,建立起了医务人员规范有效的激励约束机制,医德考评结果与医务人员的职务晋升、岗位聘用、评先评优、工资晋升直接挂钩。时间发现,加强医德建设,是做好医院医德医风建设、构建和谐医患关系的一个行之有效的方法。
