抛砂机抛砂头是抛砂机最主要的部件,其作用是保证不同高度和面积的砂型和砂芯的抛填。普通的万能抛砂头,因其叶片和导向弧板要经受砂粒的强烈磨损,其寿命很短。叶片因受到来自导向弧板(在弧板和叶片之间的间隙中落下型砂)和叶片侧壁方面的磨损,因此它经受最大的磨蚀作用。叶片切断部分型砂,以团状连续抛出。叶片的使用寿命一般仅为2～4h。在阿佐夫斯克(А3oBckий)锻压设备生产工业联合体,使用了如下图所示的抛砂头,其构造包括外罩1和安装在外罩里边带有鼓风器的转子2。进气管4和增压管8与转子一起
