在雷竹竹鞭笋芽分化期(8月至翌年4月)用恒重法、伯川法和双缩脲法对雷竹竹鞭的含水量、糖类和蛋白质含量进行测定。结果表明,幼龄鞭含水量依次高于壮龄鞭、老龄鞭,其中以8~9月笋芽分化期含水最为丰富。蛋白质和碳水化合物等营养物质在8~9月含量很低,而后逐渐升高,在笋期(3~4月)下降至最低点。这种变化关系和竹鞭的发育及笋芽的分化消耗营养物质相关。营养分析表明,8~9月做好肥水管理,以满足行鞭和笋芽分化的养分需求,对提高笋芽分化率有重要意义。
The water content, carbohydrate and protein content of Rhizoma Phyllostachys pubescens were determined by constant weight method, Pechuan method and biuret method during the period of bamboo rhizome differentiation (from August to April next year). The results showed that the water content of young whip was successively higher than that of Zhuangling whip and old whip, of which the water content was the most abundant in shoot-bud differentiation from August to September. Nutrients such as protein and carbohydrate in the August to September low content, and then gradually increased in the shoot period (March to April) dropped to its lowest point. This change is related to the development of bamboo whip and the differentiation of shoot buds consuming nutrients. Nutritional analysis shows that from August to September well fertilizer and water management to meet the nutrient requirements of the whip and shoots differentiation, to improve shoot differentiation rate is of great significance.
