After the founding of New China, the Chinese Communist Party experienced several changes in the way of thinking. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Comrade Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized “the rule of law”. This formulation stands in stark contrast to “political thinking”, “economic thinking”, and “dimensional stability thinking.” With the concept of “rule by law” being given new connotations, a new generation of central leaders has been opened to explore new ways to build a socialist country ruled by law.
