In coastal cities, engineers not only need to be clear about the law of a river’s flood conditions, but also pay more attention to the effects of waves, tidal movements, currents and the like. In this paper, the research and analysis of coastal engineering norms not only contribute to the design of coastal engineering, but also have important reference significance for the formulation of urban flood control standards.
