目的了解经筒式吸舒器吸入布地奈德气雾剂联和γ-干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将109例毛支患儿随机分成两组,其中治疗组56例,对照组53例,两组在年龄、性别上无差异。治疗组采用经筒式吸舒器吸入布地奈德气雾剂联和γ-干扰素治疗,布地奈德气雾剂100ug2次/d经筒式吸舒器吸入,γ-干扰素100万肌肉注射隔日,两次。对照组用雾化吸入器吸入布地塞米松2mg,2次/d,余均给予抗感染、合理氧疗、解痉平喘等对症、支持治疗。结果治疗组在热退时间、住院天数比对照组的差异有非常显著意义,治疗组在咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间比对照组的差异有显著意义。结论经筒式吸经舒器入布地奈德气雾剂联和γ-干扰素治疗毛支比通过雾化器吸入地塞米松治疗效果明显作方便,价格低廉,并可长期使用预防婴幼儿哮喘。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of inhalation of budesonide aerosol combined with interferon-gamma on bronchiolitis by the tube suction device. Methods A total of 109 children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases in the treatment group and 53 cases in the control group. Conclusion Transcatheter inhalation of budesonide budesonide aerosol combined with interferon-γ treatment of hair than through nebulizer dexamethasone treatment was significantly more convenient, inexpensive and long-term use to prevent infant asthma .
