本文根据偶然误差尺寸链原理和飞机生产的经验,提出了计算孔-轴-孔配合交点的协调准确度与分配工艺容差的实用方法,并用典型例子予以阐明。叉耳配合可视为孔-轴配合的特例。飞机制造中的复杂协调问题,一般均为外形与交点的综合协调问题,在掌握了生产中的系统误差和分析计算孔-轴-孔配合交点协调准确度的方法之后,结合已有的分析计算外形协调准确度的方法,就可合理地予以分析、处理。
Based on the principle of accidental error dimension chain and the experience of aircraft production, this paper presents a practical method to calculate the coordination accuracy of hole-shaft-hole coordination point and the distribution of process tolerance, and illustrates it with a typical example.
