以南京地铁三号线滨江路站~五塘村站矿山法区间为例,采用有限元结构分析软件,取最不利荷载组合,分析了隧道复合式衬砌结构的受力特征。结果表明,通过对隧道仰拱结构断面尺寸进行优化,即隧道边墙到仰拱顺接过度部分宜采用较小半径圆弧设计,可满足最不利水头下结构受力要求,以避免仰拱二衬受高水头作用而隆起的风险,且增加费用不大。
Taking the section of mine law of Binjiang Road Station to Wutang Village Station of Nanjing Metro Line 3 as an example, the finite element structural analysis software and the most unfavorable load combination are adopted to analyze the stress characteristics of the tunnel composite lining structure. The results show that by optimizing the section size of the inverted arch structure, that is, the smaller radius arc design should be adopted for the section of the tunnel side wall to the overpass of the inverted arch, which can meet the force requirements of the structure under the most unfavorable head, Lining is subject to the risk of high head uplift, with little additional cost.
