为研究振动挤压管(又称一阶段管)环向筋的应力状态,需要选择一种可靠的测试手段。通过试验研究,对应变片、防潮层等采取一系列改进措施,解决了应变计在热态下的绝缘值问题和环筋应力的测量问题,提高了应变计的成活率,研制成功GYJ 4—1型混凝土埋入式钢筋应变计。该应变计具有耐高湿、耐中温、抗压力、抗冲击等特点,为研究一阶段管环筋应力状态提供了可靠而又实用的测试手段。
In order to study the stress state of the circumferential ribs of a vibrating tube (also called a stage tube), it is necessary to select a reliable test method. Through experimental research, a series of improvement measures have been taken for the change sheet and the moisture barrier layer, which solved the insulation value problem of the strain gauge in the hot state and the measurement of the ring tendon stress, improved the survival rate of the strain gauge, and successfully developed GYJ 4— Type 1 concrete buried reinforcement strain gauges. The strain gauge has the characteristics of high humidity resistance, medium temperature resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance and the like, and provides a reliable and practical test method for studying the stress state of a ring ring in a stage.
