目的:完善小阴唇瓣阴道成形术。方法:2002 年 9 月～2003 年 9 月,对小阴唇瓣阴道成形术进行了改进,并采用改进的手术方法治疗先天性无阴道患者 5 例。结果:伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,小阴唇瓣 100%成活,再造阴道可顺利容纳 2 指,未发生直肠、尿道及膀胱损伤。术后 6～7 个月的随访结果表明,小阴唇外形良好,外阴结构满意,2 例已成婚,婚后性生活满意。结论:采用改良的小阴唇瓣阴道成形术有助于术后外阴形态的恢复。
Objective: To improve the vagina of the labia minora. Methods: From September 2002 to September 2003, vaginoplasty of the labia minora was modified, and 5 cases of congenital absence of vagina were treated with improved operation method. Results: All the wounds healed in the first stage, 100% of the labia minora flap survived, and the rectum vagina could accommodate 2 fingers without any rectum, urethra and bladder injury. Postoperative 6-7 months of follow-up results show that the labia minora appearance is good, the vulva structure is satisfactory, 2 cases have been married, married sexual satisfaction. Conclusion: The modified vaginal polyp of the labia minora helps to restore the shape of the vulva.
