奶粉近日成为了香港和内地之间的舆论冲突焦点。媒体报道称,港府通过条例,规定任何人士除非获发出口许可证,否则不可从香港输出供36个月以下婴幼儿食用的配方奶粉。为允许作私人用途,年满16岁的离港人士可携带净重不超过逾1.8公斤(约两罐)的配方奶粉。违例者最高可被罚款50万元及监禁两年。这标志着港人再无法忍受内地水客扫购进口配方奶粉。这是继双非孕妇之后,港府再一次祭出法
Milk powder has recently become the focus of public opinion conflicts between Hong Kong and the Mainland. According to media reports, the government passed a regulation requiring any person to export formula milk for children under 36 months of age from Hong Kong unless an export permit is issued. To allow for personal use, persons over the age of 16 can bring in a formula weighing no more than 1.8 kg (about two cans) of net weight. Offenders may be fined up to 500,000 yuan and imprisoned for up to two years. This signifies that Hong Kong people can no longer afford to buy imported formula milk powder from mainland water tankers.
