目的 为获得快速灵敏检测人血清杀虫活性。方法 采用MTT比色法检测体外人血清的杀锥虫活性。结果 显示OD570 值和3×105 ~5×106 孔虫体数呈线性关系。测得人血清的溶虫效率为62 % ,与镜检计数法的结果相符。结论 MTT比色法结果准确,可成功地用于评定体外人血清溶虫活性。
The purpose is to obtain rapid and sensitive detection of human serum insecticidal activity. Methods MTT assay was used to detect Trypanosoma trypanosomata activity in human serum in vitro. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the OD570 value and the numbers of 3 × 105 ~ 5 × 106 foraminifera. The measured human solution pest efficiency of 62%, consistent with the results of microscopic counting method. Conclusion MTT colorimetric method with accurate results can be successfully used to assess human serum soluble insecticidal activity.
