随着全球人口老龄化进程的日益加快,骨质疏松症的发病率越来越高,构建有效抗骨质疏松药物筛选模型,对骨质疏松症的药物治疗和安全有效的新药发现具有重要的意义。本文对目前骨质疏松研究中所用的动物模型、细胞模型、分子模型的现状进行了综述。以期为筛选新的抗骨质疏松药物提供依据。
With the accelerated aging of the world’s population, the incidence of osteoporosis is getting higher and higher. It is important to construct an effective anti-osteoporosis drug screening model for drug treatment of osteoporosis and safe and effective drug discovery significance. This review summarizes the current animal models, cell models and molecular models used in the current study of osteoporosis. In order to provide a basis for screening new anti-osteoporosis drugs.
