近几年,高等职业教育在学校数量、学校规模和在校生人数等方面都得到了快速发展。形成“外延”发展有余而“内涵”发展不足和内涵发展的紧迫性日益突显的现象。找优势创特色成为众多职业院校的必由之路。以服务地方经济,满足市场需求及师资队伍建设为着力点,夯实内涵发展的基础,建立有效的制度保障和文化保障是关键。 In recent years, higher vocational education has enjoyed rapid development in terms of the number of schools, the size of schools and the number of students in schools. The phenomenon of the urgency of underdevelopment and connotation development has become increasingly prominent due to the development of “extension” and the “connotation of development”. To find the advantages of creating a number of vocational colleges and universities must be the only way. To serve the local economy, to meet the market demand and faculty building as a focal point, to consolidate the basis for the development of connotation, to establish an effective system of security and cultural protection is the key.
