返流性食管炎复发率高,维持治疗效果不甚满意。作者用5种不同维持疗法随机治疗175例返流性食管炎患者,观察其疗效。 纳入本研究的病人需符合下列条件:食管远段有一处以上糜烂;根据Savary-Miller分级(0～5级),食管炎属1、2或3级;至少有一项烧心、疼痛或返流症状。除外有食管狭窄、溃疡、癌肿、Barrett食管、消化性溃疡、胃手术史和严重的心肺肝肾疾病者。症状程度及其频
Reflux esophagitis recurrence rate is high, to maintain the treatment effect is not satisfied. The authors randomized 175 patients with reflux esophagitis with 5 different maintenance therapies to observe their efficacy. Patients enrolled in this study were eligible to have one or more erosions in the distal esophagus; grade 1, 2, or 3 of esophagitis according to the Savary-Miller classification (grades 0-5); at least one heartburn, pain, or regurgitation . Except for esophageal stenosis, ulcers, cancer, Barrett’s esophagus, peptic ulcer, history of gastric surgery and severe heart and lung disease of liver and kidney disease.
