目的:观察补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。方法:建立环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制模型,通过检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,探讨补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。结果:补康灵可明显升高模型小鼠的白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2、胸腺指数、脾脏指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠造血功能低下有显著的促进恢复作用,并能增强免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of Bukangling on bone marrow suppression and immune function induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods: The myelosuppression model induced by cyclophosphamide in mice was established. The levels of leukocyte, erythrocyte, platelet count, CD4 + / CD8 +, IL-2, thymus index and spleen index were determined to explore the effect of Bukangling on bone marrow suppression induced by cyclophosphamide Impact of immune function. Results: Bukangling could significantly increase the leucocyte, erythrocyte, platelet count, CD4 + / CD8 +, IL-2, thymus index and spleen index in model mice, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Bukangling can significantly improve the recovery of hematopoietic function induced by cyclophosphamide in mice and enhance the immune function.
