思想政治工作,是中国共产党的优良传统。关注员工心理健康,帮组解决员工心理疾病的困扰,既是新时期“以人为本”理念的在思想政治工作中的新抓手,也是人力资源管理的重要方面。本文从重视员工减压、注重精神激励、营造和谐环境、推进心里诊疗四个方面浅谈思想政治工作在人力资源管理中的结合。
Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition of the Chinese Communist Party. Concerned about employee mental health, to help group solve the psychological problems of employees, is not only a new era of “people-oriented” ideological and political work in the new starting point, but also an important aspect of human resources management. This article discusses the combination of ideological and political work in the management of human resources from the four aspects of stressing on staff decompression, spiritual stimulation, creating a harmonious environment, and promoting the heart diagnosis and treatment.
