为了控制在列车冲击下无缝线路曲线位置的频繁改变,本文提出了一种通过强行固定曲线位置的地锚桩法。经过在新乡工务段辖区线路的现场试验和实际应用后发现,在开始使用的3年—5年内,地锚桩对固定曲线位置效果良好,但之后曲线方向错乱的问题依然存在。文章通过对现场资料调查分析后,发现曲线方向的变化是由于钢轨在使用后被车轮碾压展长,其展长长度累计到曲线中的结果,并给出了地锚桩法使用的极限条件和方法。该研究成果对现场曲线养护维修具有积极的指导意义。
In order to control the frequent changes of the curve position of CWR under train impact, this paper presents a method of anchoring pile by forcibly fixing the position of curve. After the field test and practical application of the line in the area of Xinzong Public Works, it was found that the anchor pile had a good effect on the position of the fixed curve within 3 years to 5 years of starting to use, but the problem of misorientation in the direction of the curve still existed afterwards.
