我们于1976年初开展了人造金刚石钻进的实验工作。使用了两个单位的冷热压法孕镶钻头共20个,其中有两个仍在实验(使用)中,此次没有参加总结。共完成进尺1020米,成孔26个,月平均进尺200米。月份进尺最高达250~350米。总平均时效1.89米。平均台班效率5米,最高台班效率13米以上。钻头的平均寿命52.14米,最高寿命121.51米。岩芯(矿芯)平均采取率88%,最高99.6%。实践表明,人造金刚石孕镶钻头已完全具有在坑下生产使用的价值。人造金刚石钻进为“开发矿业”大打矿山之仗提供了有效的生产探矿手段,是符合多快好省地建设社会主义总路线精神的。现将我们的实验情况简单总结如下。
We started the experiment of synthetic diamond drilling in early 1976. A total of 20 hot and cold pressure impregnated drill bits were used in two units, two of which were still in experimental use, and did not participate in the summary. Completed a total footage of 1020 meters into a hole 26, the average monthly footage of 200 meters. The month of footage up to 250 ~ 350 meters. The total average aging 1.89 meters. The average station efficiency of 5 meters, the highest efficiency of the station more than 13 meters. The average life expectancy of 52.14 m drill, the highest life expectancy of 121.51 meters. Core (core) average taken rate of 88%, the highest 99.6%. Practice shows that artificial diamond impregnated drill bit has completely the value of production and use in the pit. The man-made diamond drilling provides an effective means of prospecting for the battle of “mining development” and is in conformity with the principle of building a socialist line in a more efficient, cost-effective manner.
