本研究对人工栽培鸡血藤中5种黄酮成分测定,筛选出最优测定方法,以评价鸡血藤药材的质量。利用超声波提取法及固相萃取法对中草药鸡血藤进行提取与纯化,运用高效液相色谱仪对鸡血藤黄酮成分进行了分离与测定,通过EXCEL和IBM SPSS Statistics软件进行含量差异比较。结果表明:大豆苷元在广西贺州5~6年生密花豆成熟叶片中含量最高,达0.092 9 mg/m L,甘草素在四川3~5年生厚果鸡血藤茎中含量最高,达0.158 5 mg/m L,异甘草素在云南楚雄3~5年生崖豆藤茎中含量最高,达1.749 8 mg/m L,毛蕊异黄酮在四川3~5年生厚果鸡血藤茎中含量最高,达33.171 0 mg/m L,芦丁在广西贺州5~6年生密花豆成熟叶片中含量最高,达10.335 3 mg/m L。说明不同产地鸡血藤同一生长器官与同一产地的鸡血藤茎和成熟叶中的黄酮类物质种类与含量有所差异,从而为鸡血藤药材质量研究提供了实验依据。
In this study, five flavonoids from Artemisia sphaerothecae were determined and the optimal method was screened to evaluate the quality of Artemisia sp. The extraction and purification of the Chinese herbal medicine Millettia using ultrasonic extraction and solid-phase extraction, the use of high performance liquid chromatography to separate and determine the content of flavonoids in Millettia, by EXCEL and IBM SPSS Statistics software to compare the content difference. The results showed that the content of daidzein was the highest in mature leaves of 5-6-year-old Mature Beans in Hezhou, Guangxi, reaching 0.092 9 mg / m L. The content of glycyrrhizin was highest in Xuecao of 3 ~ 5-year-old thick- 5 mg / m L, isoliquiritigenin was the highest in the three to five year-old yam beans in Yunnan Chuxiong, reaching 1.749 8 mg / m L, and the content of calycosin was the highest in the three- Reaching 33.171 0 mg / m L. The content of rutin in the mature leaves of 5-6-year-old Mung bean in Hezhou of Guangxi was the highest, reaching 10.335 3 mg / m L. The results showed that the species and content of flavonoids in the same growth organ of Jixiao vine from different habitats were different from those in the same origin, and provided the experimental basis for the study on the quality of Jixiao vine.
