目的探讨超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件。方法用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定灰黄霉素的含量。以灰黄霉素的提取率为评价指标,在单一影响因素考察的基础上,采用正交实验确定超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件。结果超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件为:10倍量的丙酮为提取溶剂,功率300W,单次辐射时间3s,间歇时间5s,提取时间40min,灰黄霉素提取率为85.58%。通过验证实验表明,本实验所得工艺条件为优化工艺条件。结论本实验所得工艺条件可行,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Objective To investigate the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction of griseofulvin. Methods The griseofulvin content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV). Taking griseofulvin extraction rate as evaluation index, orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal extraction conditions for griseofulvin by ultrasonic extraction based on the investigation of single influencing factor. Results The optimized extraction conditions for griseofulvin by ultrasonic extraction were as follows: 10 times the amount of acetone as extraction solvent, power 300W, single irradiation time 3s, intermittent time 5s, extraction time 40min, griseofulvin extraction rate 85.58%. Through the verification experiments show that the experimental conditions obtained in order to optimize the process conditions. Conclusion The process conditions obtained in this experiment is feasible, with some practical value.
