基础教育课程改革,要求学校全面贯彻素质教育,音乐、美术等学科逐渐受到重视。但在教育实践中,非升学考试学科的生存空间不断被压缩,学科教师教学权行使受阻。采用质的研究方法,对一名兼任音乐和美术的初中教师进行了深度访谈,发现非升学考试学科教师的教学权存在三种类型的失却,其原因在于教育理念偏差、教学管理粗放、教育质量评价功利化,教师可以采取促进教育理念的转变与回归,推动学校制度的完善与落实,实现学科课程的综合等策略,解决教师教学权失却的问题。
The reform of basic education curriculum requires schools to carry out quality education in an all-round way. Gradually, music, art and other disciplines are receiving more and more attention. However, in the practice of education, the living space of non-entrance exam subjects is constantly being compressed, and the right of subject teachers to teaching is hindered. Using qualitative research methods, an in-depth interview was conducted with a junior high school teacher who concurrently performed music and art. The reason was that there were three types of loss in the teaching right of non-entrance exam teachers because of deviations in educational philosophy, extensive teaching management and quality of education Assessing utilitarianism, teachers can take to promote the transformation and return of educational philosophy, to promote the improvement and implementation of the school system, to achieve the integration of academic courses and other strategies to solve the problem of teachers’ teaching rights.
