教化作为一种实践智慧,在我国源远流长。教化是目的和手段的统一,是理性和德性的统一,也是政治性和道德性的统一。教化思想在现代社会仍有生命力,它可以为道德建设提供有益启发。随着现代性、个体性的进入以及农村市场经济的发展,当前农村的家庭伦理、宗亲交往、政治生活空间都发生了变化。在局部区域和个别案例中,呈现出家庭关系去道德化、宗亲关系去伦理化、公共权力个人化的发展倾向,在农村社会重塑教化十分迫切。农村教化要在接续传统中开拓创新,需要着眼于以下三个方面:以孝文化为核心构建新型家庭伦理道德;以宗亲间合作为着力点培育社群观;以干部德行为抓手塑造权力观。
Civilization as a practical wisdom has a long history in our country. Educating is the unity of purpose and means, the unity of reason and virtue, and the unity of politics and morality. Moral education still has vitality in modern society, which can provide useful inspiration for moral construction. With the advent of modernity and individuality and the development of rural market economy, the current family ethics, clan contacts and living space in rural areas have undergone changes. In some regions and individual cases, it is urgent to de-moralize the family relations, to de-ethics the patriarchal relations and to personalize the public power. It is urgent to reshape the education in rural areas.
