环带桁架作为现代巨型超高层建筑结构不可缺少的一部分,起着举足轻重的作用,为了分析环带桁架不同安装方法的合理性,以某实际工程为背景,应用ABAQUS有限元软件建立环带桁架模型,对整体吊装法和分段安装法进行不同方案的对比分析,并考虑了安装过程中初始缺陷的影响。结果表明:整体吊装结构的质量较大,对起重机要求较高,安装过程中结构变形较小;初始几何缺陷对桁架的施工力学性能造成一定的影响,当缺陷值达到一定值时,桁架局部屈服,因此建议严格按照相关规范施工,避免缺陷的出现;分段安装过程中,因不同的安装技术路线对应不同的施工应力路径,施工时针对不同的施工方案应采取不同措施应对施工过程中的应力和位移的增大,以免造成施工事故。
