目的 :探讨冠状位和轴位 CT扫描在眼眶爆裂性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法 :对 15例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者分别进行轴扫及冠扫 ,将两种扫描技术所获图像进行对比分析。结果 :冠状位扫描图像显示骨折线 14例 (占 93.3% )及软组织疝 8例 (占 10 0 % ) ;轴位扫描图像仅显示骨折线 9例 (占 6 0 % )及软组织疝 3例 (占 37.5 % )。结论 :CT冠状扫描对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断价值明显高于轴位扫描 ;疑有此类骨折患者应首选冠状位 CT扫描 ;辅以轴位扫描更能提高诊断准确性。
Objective: To evaluate the value of coronal and axial computed tomography in the diagnosis of orbital blowout fractures. Methods: Fifteen patients with orbital blowout fracture were scanned by axial and crown respectively. The images obtained by the two scanning techniques were compared. Results: Coronal scan images showed fracture line in 14 cases (93.3%) and soft tissue hernia in 8 cases (10%). The axial scan showed only 9 fracture lines (60%) and 3 soft tissue hernias Accounting for 37.5%). Conclusions: The diagnostic value of CT coronary angiography in orbital blowout fracture is significantly higher than that in axial scan. Coronary CT scan should be the first choice in patients with such fractures. Axial scan can improve diagnostic accuracy.
