企业典型文化是企业价值观的人格化。它属于企业精神文化的范畴 ,也属于企业行为文化建设的范畴 ,具有直观性、主动性和具体性等特点。企业典型是社会典型的一部分 ,但又不同于社会典型 ,企业典型社会化能够产生“内部经济”。企业典型的塑造应注意 :必须体现企业价值和企业精神 ;企业家应成为带头人典型 ;企业典型要注意代表性 ,重点应是第一线的劳动者 ;企业应当树立以人为本的文化管理观 ;激励职工奋发向上是企业典型塑造的根本目的 ;要注意塑造各种类型的企业典型作为员工在工作实践中的不同参照标准等。
