由中国计量科学研究院联合常州市计量测试技术研究所等单位研制的2台新型多功能1m激光比长仪装置分别在江苏省常州市计量测试技术研究所、无锡市计量测试中心实验室完成了线纹尺测量精度测试,实现了线纹尺测量不确定度U=(0.1+0.1L)μm(k=3,L:m),重复性优于30nm,达到国内先进水平,可满足目前已有线纹尺的动态高精度校准需求,有效提升相关计量机构的一维长度精密测量水平。
Two new multi-function 1m laser length-measuring instruments developed by China Metrology Institute and Changzhou Metrology and Measurement Technology Research Institute were completed at the Metrology and Measurement Technology Laboratory of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and the Laboratory of Wuxi Metrology and Measurement Center, respectively The measurement accuracy of the wire ruler measures the U + (0.1 + 0.1L) μm (k = 3, L: m) of the ruler measurement with the repeatability of better than 30nm, which meets the requirements of the current domestic advanced level Dynamic high-precision calibration of the requirements of the ruler, the effective measurement of institutions related to the one-dimensional measurement of the level of precision.
