目的对卫生事业管理专业应用型人才培养知识与能力结构的现状进行调查。方法通过实地采访、电话联系及个案分析法等对学生、教师以及相关管理人员进行调查。结果经过调查发现人才培养过程中存在目标缺乏时代感、课程设置不合理等问题。结论应用型人才的培养是为了适应逐渐提升我国医疗水平的需要,可以通过合理设置课程比例、理论与实践强强联手、与医疗单位合作、增加后续评价体系、强化政策支持等措施来改善现存的问题。
Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge and ability structure of applied talents training in health management specialty. Methods Investigate students, teachers and related management personnel through field interviews, telephone contact and case studies. Results After the investigation, we found that there are some problems such as the lack of the sense of the times and the unreasonable curriculum in the process of personnel training. Conclusion The training of applied talents is to meet the needs of gradual improvement of medical treatment in our country. We can improve existing medical conditions by setting curriculum proportion rationally, combining theory with practice, cooperating with medical units, adding follow-up evaluation system and strengthening policy support problem.
