2-羟基苯乙酮或2-羟基苯丙酮与甲醛和芳香胺的缩合物在氯化氢-无水乙醇溶液中可直接发生 Mannich 反应,得到2-羟基-3′-芳氨基苯丙酮(1)或2-羟基-2′-甲基-3′-芳氨基苯丙酮(2).用 IR,~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR,MS 和元素分析确定了产物的结构.~1HNMR 证实:2-羟基苯乙酮或2-羟基苯丙酮与甲醛和芳胺缩合物发生反应时,反应发生在与羟基相连的甲基或亚甲基上.
Condensation of 2-hydroxyacetophenone or 2-hydroxypropiophenone with formaldehyde and aromatic amines Mannich reaction can take place directly in a solution of hydrogen chloride in absolute ethanol to give 2-hydroxy-3’-arylaminopropiophenone (1) or 2-hydroxy-2’-methyl-3’-arylaminopropiophenone (2) The structure of the product was confirmed by IR, ~ 1HNMR, ~ (13) CNMR, MS and elemental analysis. When acetophenone or 2-hydroxypropiophenone reacts with formaldehyde and an aromatic amine condensate, the reaction takes place on the methyl or methylene group attached to the hydroxyl group.
