近几年来,特别是鲁布革水电站工程管理经验被总结、推广之后,广大施工企业在管理体制、经营机制、组织结构等方面正在进行更为深刻的变革。不久前中国施工企业管理协会在太原召开的全国施工企业深化改革经验交流会上不少企业经理介绍的经验表明,这种变革已从以往的单项改革进入了以政企分开、两权分离、转轨变型和集约经营为主要内容的总体改革阶段。只要我们坚持不懈的努力,施工企业的深化改革就会有一个新的局面。
