轮状病毒是婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原,威胁着婴幼儿身体健康,成为大家研究的重点。现已有许多方法能从患者粪便中直接检出病毒来诊断轮状病毒感染,但以ELISA方法应用最广、也较敏感。国内也已有卫生部成都、兰州两生物制品研究所出售轮状病毒试剂盒,但两种试剂盒在设计方面略有不同。为比较两种试剂盒的优缺点,我们同时用两种试剂盒检查210份小儿腹泻患儿粪便标本,另外还比较了69份ELISA 和核酸电泳检查结果,现将结果报道如下。
Rotavirus is the main cause of diarrhea in infants and young children, threatening the health of infants and young children, becoming the focus of our study. There are many ways to diagnose rotavirus infection by directly detecting the virus from the patient’s excrement, but it is the most widely used and sensitive ELISA method. China also has the Ministry of Health, Chengdu, Lanzhou two Institute of Biological Products rotavirus kit for sale, but the two kits in the design is slightly different. To compare the strengths and weaknesses of the two kits, we examined both stool samples of 210 children with pediatric diarrhea using two kits and compared the results of 69 ELISA and nucleic acid electrophoresis tests. The results are reported below.
