Hines,作为全美和全球最大的私人房地产开发企业,进入北京已近八载(1995年秋Hines在北京设立了代表处)。如果不是其所开发的“公园大道”住宅项目亮相京城,恐怕至今知道Hines的人还是寥寥无几。因为先前Hines在京开发建设的均为高档涉外服务公寓和超级写字楼项目,所以就自然而然地与近年来异常火爆的京城楼市保持着“井水不犯河水”的关系。仲夏六月伴随着“公园大道”项目的启动,拉开了Hines与京城房产市场“亲密接触”的序幕。
Hines, the nation’s largest private real estate developer and the world’s largest private real estate developer, has been in Beijing for almost eight years (Hines opened a representative office in Beijing in the autumn of 1995). If it is not the development of its “Park Avenue” residential project debut in Beijing, I am afraid I still know few people Hines. Because the previous development and construction of Hines in Beijing were all high-end foreign-related service apartments and super office projects, it naturally associated with the unusually hot Beijing capital property market in recent years maintained a “well water without water” relationship.
