天然产物金雀异黄酮在自然界分布广泛,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎、抗溃疡、心血管保护及雌激素样等多种生物活性,近年来已逐渐成为国内外学者研究的热点。但其药效作用较弱,对金雀异黄酮进行结构修饰是提高其活性的一种有效途径。对金雀异黄酮糖苷化修饰的各种方法进行了总结,为其今后的深入研究和应用提供依据。
Natural products genistein is widely distributed in nature and possesses many biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, cardiovascular protection and estrogen-like. In recent years, genistein has gradually become the hot spot of scholars at home and abroad. However, its pharmacodynamic effects are weak. Structural modification of genistein is an effective way to increase its activity. Various methods of glycosidation of genistein have been summarized, providing the basis for further research and application in future.
