一、引言三十年来水力学的研究发展史,从某种意义上来说,也就是一部水利工程的研究发展史。因此,对水力学研究发展动态的介绍,不可能不涉及到水利工程的若干方面,即主要指水利和水电等方面。至于水运,因它本身的特殊性,涉及到交通运输方面的问题较多,故本文不予涉及。另外根据传统的分科和分工,水文学也有它自身的独立体系,本文也不予涉及。但即使如此,在新兴的水资源系统和环境学中,既有水力学范畴的内容,也有水文学范
