领导干部考试与测评工作是党的干部工作的组成部分,是一项伴随干部人事制度改革的深化而诞生和发展的崭新事业,对推进干部工作的科学化、民主化、制度化具有重要意义。几年来我们在实践中不断探索,遵循“立足服务、重在建设、着力开发、整合资源”的工作思路,树立“创业、创新、创优”的精神,开拓进取,建设全国通用题库,推进领导干部考试与测评事业不断发展,为深化干部人事制度改革作出了积极贡献。
