2012年7月,我国发改委出台的《“十二五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》将节能环保列为国家重点发展的七大战略性新兴产业之一。而港口码头作为能耗大户,可在节能降耗方面做出非常大的贡献。目前,集装箱龙门吊上使用的仍是传统变频器,其将龙门吊下放重物而产生的能量通过制动电阻以热的形式消耗掉,造成巨大的能源浪费。针对此部分能量的回收利用,论文采用超级电容储能的方式实现龙门吊的节能降耗,但是目前由于超级电容的价格和维护成本较高,经济可行性较
In July 2012, China’s National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the “Twelfth Five-year Plan for National Strategic Emerging Industries Development” as one of the seven strategic emerging industries under the country’s key development. The port terminal as a large energy consumption, energy saving can make a very big contribution.
