针对圆弧端齿结构三维微动疲劳试验难度大、成本高等问题,提出了一种二维等效加载方案,设计并实现了微动疲劳试验加载装置,建立了二维结构微动疲劳试验模型。对典型圆弧端齿结构的二维等效试件进行了微动疲劳试验,发现疲劳裂纹萌生于接触面的接触边缘,接触面出现大量微动磨屑,为典型的微动疲劳失效形式。试验结果表明,该微动疲劳试验加载装置可满足端齿结构微动疲劳试验要求,为微动损伤机理分析和微动疲劳寿命预测提供了试验数据支持。
Aiming at the difficulty and high cost of three-dimensional fretting fatigue test of circular end tooth structure, a two-dimensional equivalent loading scheme is proposed and the fretting fatigue test loading device is designed and implemented. The two-dimensional fretting fatigue test model . Fretting fatigue test was carried out on two-dimensional equivalent specimens of the typical circular arc end tooth structure. It was found that fatigue crack initiation occurred at the contact edge of the contact surface, and a large amount of fretting debris appeared on the contact surface, which was typical fretting fatigue failure mode. The test results show that the fretting fatigue test loading device can meet the fretting fatigue test requirements of the end tooth structure and provide experimental data support for the fretting damage mechanism analysis and fretting fatigue life prediction.
