目前烧结工序能效对标指南中,存在能耗指标统计口径不明确、对标标杆数据缺乏理论计算和实际检测作支撑、未将导致能耗差异的不可比因素排除等问题。通过理论计算,结合烧结生产实际,研究并建立了1套标准化的烧结工序能效评估体系。实例应用表明,该能效评估系统可帮助烧结厂更好地掌握其整体用能情况、主要耗能问题及节能潜力所在,科学地认识自身的能效水平。该评估技术对烧结厂的节能减排有较高的指导作用和实用价值。
At present, in the guideline for energy efficiency of sintering process, there are some problems such as the unclear statistical index of energy consumption index, the lack of theoretical calculation and actual testing of benchmarking pole data, and the exclusion of the incomparable factors leading to the difference in energy consumption. Through theoretical calculation, combined with the actual sintering production, research and set up a set of standardized energy efficiency evaluation of sintering process system. The example application shows that the energy efficiency evaluation system can help the sintering plant to better understand its overall energy use, major energy consumption problems and energy saving potentials, and realize its scientific level of energy efficiency scientifically. The evaluation of the sintering plant energy saving and emission reduction have a higher guiding role and practical value.
