采用铝热还原法制备了Al-Ti-B中间合金,并对其进行静置-电极吸附-超声处理的联合净化处理。通过X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等对不同条件下的Al-Ti-B中间合金的微观组织和细化效果进行了分析。结果表明,联合净化处理可以显著改善Al-Ti-B中间合金中TiAl3、TiB2粒子的尺寸与分布情况,处理后的细化剂中TiAl3的尺寸为20μm左右,TiB2粒子尺寸小于1μm;随着净化处理步骤的进行,经Al-Ti-B中间合金细化的工业纯铝晶粒尺寸显著减小,由未处理的344.6μm减小为联合净化处理后的216.5μm。
The Al-Ti-B master alloy was prepared by aluminothermic reduction method, and its combined purification by static-electrode adsorption-sonication was carried out. The microstructure and refining effect of Al-Ti-B master alloy under different conditions were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The results show that the joint purification can significantly improve the size and distribution of TiAl3 and TiB2 particles in the Al-Ti-B master alloy. The size of TiAl3 and the size of TiB2 in the treated refiner are about 20μm and 1μm, respectively. The size of the industrial pure aluminum refined by Al-Ti-B master alloy was significantly reduced from 344.6μm to 216.5μm after the joint purification.
