对龙胆科Gentianaceae獐牙菜属植物斜茎獐牙菜Swertia patens90%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化学成分进行研究。采用各种柱色谱方法对该部分进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。从中分离鉴定了18个化合物,包括10个裂环烯醚萜及其苷、3个酮及其苷、1个少见的内酯烯胺酮和4个其他类化合物。分别为3,4-dihydro-1H,6H,8H-naptho[1,2-c:4,5-c’,d’]dipyrano-1,8-dione(1)、angelone(2)、gentiogenal(3)、erythricin(4)、红白金花内酯(erythrocentaurin,5)、秦艽碱甲(gentianine,6)、贵州獐牙菜苷B(swertiakoside B,7)、獐牙菜苦苷(swertiamarin,8)、2’-O-actylswertiamarin(9)、amarogentin(10)、1,3,5-三羟基酮(1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone,11)、1,3-二羟基-5-甲氧基酮(1,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxyxanthone,12)、1-羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基酮(1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone,13)、gentiocrucine(14)、3-羟基苯甲酮(3-hydroxyphenylketone,15)、4-羟基反式桂皮酸二十六烷酯(n-hexacosyl ester 4-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate,16)、4-羟基顺式桂皮酸二十六烷酯(n-hexacosyl ester 4-hydroxy-cis-cinnamate,17)、cholest-4-en-3-one(18)。其中化合物1~7,9~18为首次从斜茎獐牙菜中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract of Swertia patens 90% ethanolic extract of Gentiana sp. Gentianaceae were studied. The constituents were separated and purified by various column chromatography and identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS spectra. Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified, including ten iridoids and their glycosides, three ketones and their glycosides, one rare lactone enaminone and four other compounds. (1), angelone (2), gentiogenal (2), 3,4-dihydro-1H, 6H and 8H-naptho [1,2-c: 4,5-c ’ 3, erythricin 4, erythrocentaurin 5, gentianine 6, swertiakoside B (7), swertiamarin 8 ), 2’-O-actylswertiamarin (9), amarogentin (10), 1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone (11), 1,3-dihydroxy- 1,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxyxanthone (12), 1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone (13), gentiocrucine 3-hydroxyphenylketone (15), n-hexacosyl ester 4-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate (16) N-hexacosyl ester 4-hydroxy-cis-cinnamate (17), cholest-4-en-3-one (18). Among them, compounds 1 ~ 7 and 9 ~ 18 were isolated from Scutellaria barbata for the first time.
