目的:建立姜黄配方颗粒的UHPLC指纹图谱,为配方颗粒的快速质量评价提供方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18柱(3.0mm×100mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长254nm;流速1.0mL/min;柱温25℃。结果:建立了姜黄配方颗粒的UHPLC指纹图谱,确定了6个共有峰,各姜黄配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.85以上,可以用于姜黄配方颗粒的快速定性鉴别。结论:该方法简单、准确、快速,重复性好,能有效地对姜黄配方颗粒的质量进行评价。
Objective: To establish the UHPLC fingerprints of Turmeric formula particles to provide a method for the rapid quality evaluation of formula particles. Methods: The column was eluted with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase using Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column (3.0mm × 100mm, 1.8μm) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min; column temperature 25 ℃. Results: UHPLC fingerprints of turmeric formulation particles were established and six common peaks were identified. The similarity of fingerprints and control fingerprints of turmeric formula particles were all above 0.85, which could be used for rapid qualitative identification of turmeric formula particles. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, which can effectively evaluate the quality of turmeric formula granules.
