为了治理华北油田砂岩油藏油水井的窜漏,研制了一种高渗入性的可固化合成树脂基封窜堵漏剂,该剂基本配方如下:60%~80%改性酚醛树脂+5%~25%不饱和聚酯树脂+1%~3%固化剂+1%~5%促进剂+5%增塑剂+5%增强剂+其他添加剂。根据地层温度(40~110℃)配制的8个配方封窜堵漏剂,在各该温度下的固化反应开始时间(由粘时曲线测定)可延迟3~8小时,固化后的抗拉强度为12.5~10.8 MPa,抗压强度为13~87 MPa,抗剪切强度为20.0~9.2 MPa,在10%盐酸、10%NaOH溶液1、0%NaCl溶液中浸泡24 h的溶蚀率<1%,与砂混合固化后,射孔弹穿透深度远小于水泥石。自2001年以来使用该剂在华北油田3口油井实施封层、2口油井实施封窜,其中包括储层渗透性很低的井和套管补贴后失效的井,封堵率均为100%,施工后的井生产中承压14~19MPa,已正常生产1~3年。图8表2参3。
