对等离子喷涂纳米结构Al_2O_3/Ti O_2陶瓷涂层在不同温度、时间下进行退火处理,并结合喷涂态涂层进行对比分析,研究了热处理对陶瓷涂层断裂韧性的影响,分析了涂层的显微结构和物相的变化以及残余应力的松弛情况。结果表明,退火处理可以显著降低涂层的残余应力而提高断裂韧性,并在400℃退火3 h效果达到最好。
The effects of heat treatment on the fracture toughness of ceramic coatings were studied by analyzing the plasma sprayed nano-structured Al 2 O 3 / Ti O 2 ceramic coatings at different temperatures and time. The effects of heat treatment on the fracture toughness of the ceramic coatings were analyzed. Microstructure and phase changes and the relaxation of residual stress. The results show that the annealing treatment can significantly reduce the residual stress of the coating to improve the fracture toughness and achieve the best annealing effect at 400 ℃ for 3 h.
