在分析固定阴极电解加工参数并推导出加工量与其相应加工时间关系的计算公式后 ,经计算机处理 ,得到地面条件下和井下电化学切割水平井生产管过程中 ,被切割生产管内孔半径与切割时间的关系曲线。分析研究认为 :电化学切割过程中 ,外加电压对切割速度影响较大 ,选择电压既要满足切割速度的要求 ,又要考虑电源设计的可行性、施工的方便性及成本核算 ;阴极的结构和尺寸决定切割初始间隙的大小及均匀性 ,对切割速度有较大影响 ,设计阴极时 ,一方面要考虑快速高效切割的要求 ,还要考虑有利于阴极的送进和定位 ;电解液的电导率也直接影响切割速度 ,故以采用KCl电解液较为适宜
